Private time in the sauna and garden oasis with outdoor rain shower.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a hands-on therapy using light pressure with circular and pumping movements that encourage the movement of lymph fluid throughout the body. It is designed to stimulate the lymphatic system and increase the flow of lymph through the tissues and lymph nodes, where toxins and debris are filtered out.

Red Light Facial This treatment utilizes a FDA cleared red light facial mask and can make the facial skin look more vibrant and plump and may reduce wrinkles, hair loss, acne and inflammatory conditions.
Red Light Body Treatment The full body Red light treatment increases collagen and elastin production which improves skin integrity. Red Light treatment can offer support with pain relief, wound healing, reducing inflammation, improved athletic recovery, and decreasing scar tissue and assisting fat reduction.
