This gentle, nurturing massage is great for before and after breast cancer or gender confirmation surgery, and highly effective for managing a range of other conditions. Performed by a 40+ year expert using a highly effective and well-researched technique, MLD uses soft, rhythmic movements to stimulate lymph flow, helping flush out toxins and support detoxification. This therapy is especially beneficial for lymphedema, fibromyalgia, Lyme disease, cellulite reduction, hormone balance, pain relief, and soft tissue injury healing. Experience deep healing and relaxation with our Finnish sauna experience. Known as a "Church of Nature," the sauna is a place to cleanse the body, quiet the mind, and rejuvenate the spirit. At the heart of the experience is Löyly, the steam created by water hitting heated stones, which soothes muscles, promotes detoxification, and enhances circulation.
Sisu Oasis is honored to act as a lineage holder for sauna traditions and healing therapies here in Nevada County, tucked into the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas. Rooted in ancient Finnish and Sami traditions, our sauna pairs perfectly with any of our treatments, from cryotherapy to massage, amplifying their benefits. Contrast the heat with a cold rain shower to stimulate the lymphatic system and leave you feeling completely revitalized.
We offer 1 and 2-hour private sauna packages for 1-4 people. For an additional $20 per person, you can bring up to 2 more guests, making it a perfect experience to share with friends or family.
